Caesarea

We drove from Arad, Israel in the Dead Sea through Jerusalem then all the way to Caesarea.

It's a city where Apostle Paul used to be in under house arrest. Emperor Tiberias and Herod was known to be leaders in that city as well. You can read more about Apostle Paul in Caesarea in Acts 10, Acts 23:23 through 26 with Felix, Festus and King Agrippa. There, the Jews were persuading the leaders to send Paul back to Jerusalem to be tried. But Paul said that he is a Roman citizen and wanted to go to Rome avoiding the Jews.

The Aquaduct - during Roman times, they built this aquaduct to bring water from the sea into the city.
